Block Management


We are exclusively set up as property management agents, that is maintaining and enhancing the fabric, amenities and services of each development that we serve.


Each development that we manage has a single point of contact with one of our  experienced block/estate managers who undertakes regular site visits to inspect standards of property maintenance, service delivery and the general condition of the development. They complete a detailed site visit report and document health and safety and fire regulation checks.



We realise that each property has different requirements. An overview of some of our client/resident facing services would include:


Attending to correspondence and telephone calls.


Provision of financial management and funds administration.


Management and administration of contract services.


Informal advice on leasehold and freehold compliance, including breaches and covenant issues.


Informal advice and information relating to company law, contract law etc.


Liaison with maintenance contractors.


Frequent property inspections.


Day to day aspects of residential property management.


Where appropriate we can and do advise on all aspects of maintenance contracts and assist clients in choosing the correct level of contract, and contractors, commensurate with the service being provided, ensuring that clients are content in the knowledge that they have been provided with a personal and proactive service.

Project Management


From time to time it may be necessary for a client to undertake works over and above usual ‘day-to-day’ maintenance requirements, for instance  periodic internal and/or external redecoration, or overhaul/replacement of lift installations.


Our experienced Project Managers and affiliates can deliver all types of property assessment, surveying, planning, specification and supervision requirements clients require, as part of a comprehensive service in compliance with all appropriate standards and procedures.

Through wide ranging experience our multi-disciplined Project Management team and affiliates comprising specialists with expertise in all key areas of property services are able to provide our clients with exactly the service they require to deal with all eventualities, and in a cost effective manner.

By working as a team with Property Managers, clients and service recipients, our Project Managers will ensure that any and all works undertaken are carried out with the minimum of disruption to residents, and that projects come in on time, as per specification, and ensuring delivery of value for money.
